The Foley Housing Authority (FHA) waiting list for our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is currently CLOSED.

The Foley Housing Authority provides the Housing Choice Voucher Program/Section 8 for the Baldwin County area. We no longer administer the Public Housing Program. Our office is located north of downtown Foley just minutes from beautiful gulf coast beaches. Affordable shopping can be found at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall. Also, many eating establishments are conveniently located. The rental office is located at 815 N. McKenzie Street Suite E, Foley, AL 36535.
