Foley Housing Authority will be accepting 500 Applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program on January 27th, 2026 promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Once we have received the 500 applications our waiting list will close immediately.

The Foley Housing Authority administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program/Section 8 for the Baldwin County area and the Project Based Voucher Program for South Oak Apartments. Our office is located north of downtown Foley just minutes from beautiful gulf coast beaches. Affordable shopping can be found at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall. Also, many eating establishments are conveniently located. The rental office is located at 1740 Acorn Drive, Foley, AL 36535.
